I was one of according to Gateway many customers who was denied this deal. The deal was legit however, and I've been in contact with Gateway, (unsucessful in resolving the issue) I believe I have a good case and argument for why they need to honor this deal. I am not however familiar with ecommerce law. After speaking with by business law professor he suggested I take this to the State Attorney General.
