Ordered from them and got their confirmation email and nowhere on it states the $20 off! The order is being treated as if I did no use a coupon at all so they're expecting me to pay full price! What a fraud!

I just used the coupon and it worked fine. When you get to the gift page during checkout, you will be asked if you have a gift certificate. Type in 'TA' and enter $20 for the amount appiled. In the review page it will show a certificate of $20. You have to sign up as a new user to get the discount though.
